Can I install Windows 7? When I click on the file after it’s downloaded, I get a message stating that there are “no files to download. I checked Dell’s site and it doesn’t appear they’re offering dell dimension 4600 pci input device drivers for this computer for an OS other than XP.

You could purchase a soundcard that is Win 7 dimenson and install that. When I click on the Dlel, it states there is no driver and it doesn’t even give me the option to search for one.

Since completing the upgrade, there’s a message in the lower right hand corner stating “No Audio Output Device”.

You should be able to figure out what you audio device is in your computers BIOS. It may be that there are no Win 7 drivers for a desktop that old.
